AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Ellis is in her fourth season with the Coyote cross country and track program.

CROSS COUNTRY: In 2016, competed in all six meets - placing 16th at the Cascade Conference Championships and 45th at the NAIA Championships; ran a career-best 18:17 at the NAIA Championships. In 2015, had a season-best time of 18:58 at the Inland Empire Classic. In 2014, had a season-best time of 19:06 at the Inland Empire Classic; participated at the NAIA National Championships, placing 181st overall.

TRACK AND FIELD: In 2017, earned All-CCC honors in the 10,000-meters, placing second at the CCC Championships, while also placing eighth in the 5,000-meters; qualified for the NAIA Championships in the 10,000-meters; clocked top times of 18:08 in the 5,000-meters and 37:39 in the 10,000-meters. In 2016, qualified for the CCC Championships in the 5,000-meters, placing seventh with a time of 18:22; also clocked a season-best 1,500-meter time of 5:00.05. In 2015, had a season-best 1,500-meter time of 5:11.43.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Eagle High, where she competed in both cross country and track; had top track marks of 2:30 in the 800-meters and 5:31 in the 1,600-meters; top 5,000-meter cross country time of 19:40.
